Song Hill Reserve is tucked away in an intimate setting just minutes from downtown Tryon, NC and downtown Landrum, SC. Also, Saluda, NC is just a 30 minute commute. Within these quaint little depot towns you can browse art galleries, antique malls, specialty clothing stores and more. There are many restaurants that are unique to this area such as Sidestreet Pizza & Pasta of Tryon, The Hare & Hound, and Stone Soup of Landrum, and Green River BBQ and The Purple Onion of Saluda. You may choose to stay at one of the Bed & Breakfasts of our area to get the full experience.

Event Pricing

Wedding and/or Reception Rental

Up to 50  guests             $2,000

51-100    guests              $2,500

101-150  guests              $3,200

Wedding day rental includes use of The Pavilion, Waterfall Gardens, Ceremony Field and grounds between the hours of 9 am and 11 pm. A fully furnished mountain lodge with mountain, piedmont, and lake views for bride and bridal party dressing before the ceremony is included. Also, one hour for rehearsal scheduled within the week before, and a one hour engagement or bridal portrait session with your photographer. All rentals include 5’ round, 6' and 8’ banquet tables, 4' round cake table, and chairs, to accommodate your number of guests.

Officiant Included or use your own (their fee will apply).

Marriage License and Valid ID required.

Graduation Parties, Anniversaries, Birthday Celebrations, Family Reunions, Engagement Parties (use of Pavilion only)

Deposits: A deposit of 1/2 (half) your rental rate is due at booking along with your signed Contract and Release & Indemnity, remainder due 30 days prior to event.  This amount is non-refundable, but is credited toward your total rental rate.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is due 90 days prior to the scheduled event. It will be refunded (less any damage charges or corrected guest totals) within two weeks after the event. A $500 deposit is required for groups of less than 100, and a $750 deposit is required for groups of 100 and over.

Checks: Checks should be made payable to Song Hill Reserve, LLC and should be sent (for 1/2 deposit) at the time the reservation is booked.
