*Coordination of rehearsal and ceremony.

*Coordination of all vendors day-of. I will contact each one prior to the big day, and be sure they know when and where they need to be/set-up. This includes meeting with each of them upon arrival at Song Hill.

*Creation of a comprehensive timeline to be distributed to all members of the wedding party and all vendors.

**Set-up/Breakdown of decor and my presence to ensure flow during the reception are NOT included in this package.

 

Full Planning and Coordination: $2,500.00

*Everything included with day-of coordination.

*Assistance with leads for any/all vendors.

*Unlimited consultations via phone, email, text and in person before, during, and after the wedding day.

*Set up/breakdown of all decor not contracted to a design company.

*Access to your personal Planning Pod. 

*Most of all, I will be your personal ally! I have 13+ years of experience as the owner of Song Hill Reserve, LLC and have spent the majority of my life visiting and living on site. I know what it takes to utilize the facility to its’ full potential. No one knows this hill like I do!
